Work on Kinblethmont cottages is progressing well and they will be available to let from late summer 2007 onwards. The cottages lie adjacent to Kinblethmont house, just to the left of the archway and have been designed so that they can be used in conjunction with Kinblethmont house (using the back doors) or be totally separate from it using their own road entrance and front doors facing away from Kinblethmont House.

The large cottage has 3 bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms and the small cottage has 2 en-suite bathrooms. The two houses can be connected to form one large house with 5 bedrooms all with private bathrooms.
