Kinblethmont Estate is a farming and shooting estate in the heart of the beautiful rolling Angus countryside towards the east coast of Scotland. It comprises 3000 acres of arable farming and woodland with superb views towards the Angus glens to the north and east and the town of Arbroath and the coast to the south. The estate borders on the west side with Letham Grange, home of the legendary golf course based on the design of the Augusta golf course in Georgia. It is also only a short drive to several other excellent local golf courses including Carnoustie with St Andrews being less than an hours drive away. Lunan bay, a wonderful unspoilt stretch of dune backed white sand is our local beach and is only 10 minutes away by car.

Kinblethmont house is built on an ancient historic site. The present house, dating from the Victorian era is a large secluded country house and is the home of the Ramsay family. It is comfortably furnished with antique and traditional furniture with log fires complementing the full central heating. The house is offered for rent on a self catering basis as a large holiday home and for corporate sports hospitality, either by the week or for short breaks.

Kinblethmont cottageswhich have been newly refurbished for summer 2007 are high quality self catering cottages sleeping 4 and 6/8 or can be joined to sleep 10/12. They can be rented independently or in conjunction with Kinblethmont House.

Kinblethmont house, set amongst mature woodlands with impressive specimen trees makes the perfect romantic wedding venue . We can accommodate small weddings in the house and there are several lawn areas suitable for marquees for larger weddings. The bridal suite with fourposter bed and 15 further bedrooms can also be made available on a bed and breakfast basis.

Kinblethmont Gallery has art exhibitions several times a year in the newly refurbished lower ground floor area of Kinblethmont House.

The West Lodge is a cosy two bedroom cottage on the edge of Kinblethmont estate opposite Letham Grange golf course. It sleeps 4 and is set it its own large private garden.
